I think the Nic-Fit design frame is absolutely brilliant. In a format with so many decks designed to operate on two to three lands at a time, it's easy to throw the whole game plan off when they're combating your CMC4+ threats into the late game. With plenty of ways to interact with Cabal Therapy and Pernicious Deed, this deck feels a lot like a Team America build, but with a much bigger late game, and a much more decisive finisher (Scapeshift). With all the extra mana, Green Sun's Zenith turns into any of your threats late game. This deck is designed to thrive on RUG Delver and other tempo decks. It's worst match up (much like GBW Nic-Fit) is the combo deck. Cabal Therapy certainly helps, but in some metas, running a deck without Force of Will is just a mistake. Consider this a deck tailored to beat a majority of the field, much like Maverick.
