The purpose of the deck is to combo "Enters the Battlefield" triggers with the blink cards; Momentary Blink, Cloudshift, and Ghostly Flicker. Momentary Blink provides a lot of utility pulling double duty with flashback.

Venser, the Sojourner provides some great utility late-game by exiling, as well as being able to blink cards for +2. Since he's a great win-con when decks are stalled, I left him as a 1-of.

Selesnya Charm and Acidic Slime serve as removal and utility.

Cauldron Haze is just a great answer in response to board wipe or heavy aggro.

Voice of Resurgence is always a great card, but being able to blink him in response to removal is delightful. Or a timely Cauldron Haze could net you an extra token.

As for the Sideboard:For control decks with particularly abundant control cards, Fleecemane Lion and Mystic Snake provide a bit of pushback for both early and mid-game presence.

For agro or weenie decks that just get a lot of board presence quickly, Coiling Oracle and Elite Anarchist provide some tempo boost and extra blinks, as necessary.
