Well first question I've got to ask is why take out the card:Sphinx's Revelations? That card won me far too many games in my modified version of your first deck haha. Sure, there's new cards that are great but I wouldn't say they're better :P

15 shocklands...in a control deck that doesn't need to curve out like an aggro or midrange deck, i would drop one or two of the ones you have four of for its check-land equivalent (i.e. the Innistrad/Core Set lands).

Also, what exactly is Orzhov Charm doing for you? Doesn't seem like much. I would recommend Dimir Charm instead.

Orzhov Charm is a pretty decent kill spell, It seems a whole lot better than people think, just because it has 2 modes that you don't use, a 2 mana kill spell is always good. Taking out Sphinx's Revs does seem weird, but I still like the deck :) I run something fairly similar, gonna test it out for the first time this Friday. Here is the list if you're interested: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/4-color-control-fun-times/ +1 from me though, I love the build.

well as far as card:Sphinx's Revelation goes, although I am sad to drop it, I feel that with Frontline Medic and Skullcrack being cards, until I determine whether or not they see heavy play, it's easier to play it safe and not bank on a large Revelation to save myself. I mean I could still fit one or two into the deck, but for now, I'm going to keep them out. This deck will likely see some changes once I get around to actually play-testing it.
