The base of this deck is the dual deck elspeth vs kiora. I tried to make a little bit more competitive the kiora deck. The idea is to stall the game until you have a bunch of mana to cast some of the fatties. The cards i have inserted are some of my own collection cos I wanted to stay as budget as possible. I tried to pass inside some copies of Riptide Shapeshifter also, but i couldn't find room for those. Any suggestions, especially for inserting the Riptide Shapeshifter or Jalira, Master Polymorphist inside would be very welcome
