New home for Primal Surge, the meme that I refuse to let die.

My only goal when playing this deck is to cast Primal Surge and flip my entire deck onto the field. As such, this deck aims to find and play it as quickly as possible.

• Combo cards are there to ensure that landing Primal Surge will actually be enough to close out the game. This category also includes card that provide minimal utility on their own, but have the potential for massive upsidd when used with other cards.
• Draw cards are there to cycle through the deck as quickly as possible to find Primal Surge.
• Ramp cards are required to fuel Primal Surge and draw engines.
• Recursion is a wildcard allowing me to reuse whatever is most appropriate for the current situation
• Removal is there to snipe potential game-ending threats
• Supression provides slowdown to give me more time to find Prinal Surge.
