Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth Infinite colorless mana (must pay 2 for the first time each turn)

add Staff of Nin + Voltaic Key to the first to deal infinite damage

add Psychosis Crawler + Staff of Domination or Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind + Staff of Domination for infinite damage

just Staff of Domination with the infinite colorless gets you card draw, control, and life gain in itself

Tolaria West used to look for Spellbook

Glaring Spotlight, so Nin can hit hexproof creatures

Darksteel Forge / Kira, Great Glass-Spinner to protect your goodies

Fabricate / Ring of Three Wishes for finding your goodies

Caged Sun and Gauntlet of Power used for doubling/tripling mana output from lands (Declare blue for both)

Academy Ruins used in case Rings of Brighthearth or Basalt Monolith are destroyed, so you can recover.

using spells like Blue Sun's Zenith to target someone and mill them out, or using Psychosis Crawler / Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind and a spell that draws you or everyone cards like Skyscribing

Orochi Hatchery can be used to win via creatures

Chimeric Mass Can also do that, and can block effectively

Using Dictate of the Twin Gods Along with cards like Banefire can do massive damage, for a good cost. Earthquake Can also do this but keep in mind it also damages you.

Also Nin, the Pain Artist Can be used to mill/draw someone out
