Everything is simple. We try not to die until Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni comes.

Counter spells with Spell Snare, Spell Pierce , Remand , Mana Leak, Dissolve. If something strong was not countered, return it to hand with Vapor Snag. Kill creatures with Dismember , Go for the Throat , Murderous Cut. On this step you need not to die and to put strong opponent's creatures to his graveyard.

Then, Nether Traitor or Ornithopter or Invisible Stalker or Creeping Tar Pit comes into play. Your aim now is to save them and attack unblocked.

Your winning card is Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni. If it comes with ninjutsu - good. If not - try to find it with Higure, the Still Wind, or draw cards with Ninja of the Deep Hours. Mistblade Shinobi and Throat Slitter will help you to defend.

In fact, you should always have mana for counterspell or destroycreature and try to deal damage every moment when it is possible.
