Note: With the ban on Birthing Pod, this deck is no longer Modern legal. I'm just changing the format back to Legacy without actual changes. I might rebuild it back to legacy once I find time.

At first glance, this looks like your everyday ninja deck. At second glance, you will notice Birthing Pod and realize the possibilities it offers with Mistblade Shinobi or Throat Slitter . Those are put on the field for two mana less than their casting cost, so you could put Gleancrawler , Massacre Wurm or the six-drop of yoir choice on the field with only three lands out. (it's a turn faster with 4)
By the way, noticed the Gravecrawlers? Those are cool. Birthing pod turns it into a Butcher Ghoul, then you can recast and sac it repeatedly for all the Dimir Infiltrator that are still in the deck. Or you just abuse them for aggro bluffs. They won't be dead for long even if they get blocked.

The real star of the deck is Glen Elendra Liege . Birthing pod puts it on the field in exchange for a Mistblade Shinobi , which jumps in for only one mana. Getting multiple lieges out becomes quite probable. That makes Dimir Infiltrator and Creeping Tar Pit powerful weapons.

All I need to make this deck really insane is a way to untap birthing pod easily. What? Hidden Strings can do that? Nyahahahahaah... cough...

As this deck was still a legacy build, Vela the Night-Clad was a valuable key card in this deck. In memory of that, her artwork is featured even though she's not modern legal.
