Been trying to make Nissa, Steward of Elements work for a while now. This is the best shell I have found so far. There might be some Ixalan additions that could improve the deck but overall this plays pretty well. So far in playtesting Nissa has been able to win some games out of nowhere.

Essentially this is an Energy list with some minor variations. Creatures are mostly value creatures used in Temur Energy lists that survive rotation so this deck will stick around for a while. Standard red removal suite with Abrade and Harnessed Lightning. Bounty of the Luxa and Weaver of Currents are to help cast a big Nissa. Bounty provides serious value if you can stick it on the battlefield with card draw and mana. It is pretty much dead card if you aren't on a fairly stable board so I typically side out some number against aggro. Against midrange and control though, it is amazing.

I am in the process of playtesting this list so I can try it out in a competitive league. I put in Aetherwind Basker as an additional finisher outside of Nissa. With enough energy this card can one-shot an opponent and the only cards seeing play that interact with it are Vraska's Contempt and Settle the Wreckage, which post board are easy to play around. I am also testing Ripjaw Raptor. It is great against any deck the runs damage based removal. It stonewalls most creatures in Ramunap Red (outside of Hazoret) and they rarely use their removal on it to avoid giving me card advantage. It is less good against black decks with Fatal Push and ways to trigger revolt, so I am considering other cards in it's place or perhaps using it as a sideboard card.
