Thought? I love it. Nicely done. For sideboard maybe Life's Legacy (a nice sac outlet to push through damage from the scuttler and draw up a new hand) and Back to Nature for those tricky constellation decks. Or if you would rather Fade into Antiquity but i see you have unravel in the main so it may not be needed. and some copies of Plummet since it has been reprinted in the side wouldn't hurt against flier decks.

Oh and Hornet Queen would fit in here too with all that ramp and devotion..

Those are all great advice. Life's Legacy was a definite for the Sideboard, I was considering it for the mb, too, but not sure where to put it.

Hornet Queen I'm not too sure about. I could see running it if I could guarantee at least 3 tokens out of it. It just might not be right for my deck.

'm thinking this deck needs a couple Arbor Colossus . Sadly, I'm at a standstill as where to put it.

I made some necessary changes to the deck:

-4 Darksteel Citadel
+4 Forest

I've been told, and kind of agree, that Darksteel Citadel messes up the interaction with the untapping of lands from Nissa, which could make things slower. Life's Legacy desperately needed to be mainboarded to work with Scuttling Doom Engine. Not to mention I noticed that very quickly I would run out cards in hand. So, opponent takes 6 damage to the face and I draw 6 cards. :)

After much convincing elsewhere, I've decided to drop Sylvan Caryatid for Voyaging Satyr.

Would Burning-Tree Emissary be a good addition?

I have a similar deck that I'm working on. Maybe it will give you some ideas. The Bards Creature Call.

Mine is more creature heavy and I believe yours has other ideas in mind. But thank you.

I honestly don't see Scuttling Doom Engine warranting the spot it has. Every creature that sees play in standard right now has 3+ power. Brimaz, Stormbreath, Polukranos, the whole lot. I see the synergy with the doom engine and lifes legacy, and while that is a very well thought up combo, it's rather weak. The six damage is really only useful for ending the game, which, at the point that they're at six or less life, they should have been dead EONS ago. You're much better off main boarding some polukranos, as it's a fat, disgusting boardwipe. Other changes I'd make are -1 Forest +1 Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx , -2 Unravel the Aether +2 Burning-Tree Emissary . And unlike the fellow above me, I am a strong advocate of Setessan Tactics . It's your secondary boardwipe, you should find some room somewhere for a playset in either board.

I apologize, I thought that was someone reccomending mainboard changes to you. You are the fellow that I'm talking about at the end it seems, but yeah. Setessan Tactics . Find some room for it, it's important.

Oh and some more sideboard changes. Don't worry I can make room for you :D. Sorry for triple post.

-4 Plummet <--- you mainboard Arbor Colossus already. replace with 4x Setessan Tactics .

-2 Unravel the Aether <--- Artifacts aren't a thing, I'm betting money they won't be in standard. 2 more Back to Nature or 2 Scavenging Ooze , preferably the oozes.

Just as far as Unravel the Aether goes, artifacts may well be a thing, considering stuff like Ornithopter , Darksteel Citadel and Ensoul Artifact are a thing.

As for the deck, something I was rather impressed by in M15 was Terra Stomper . Great value card, nice vs control too. Others you might consider are Phytotitan (not sure how good or not good that's going to be, but him recurring after death seems good) and Chord of Calling .

I'm going to keep Scuttling Doom Engine because he's an incredible threat at T3 or T4 if I get him out. Burning-Tree Emissary can make it happen.

I'm not willing to bet Artifacts won't be a thing in standard. I think Scuttling Doom Engine is very playable in many colors, especially red and black. And then there's Perilous Vault for W/X. There are do many good artifacts this set...

@awphutt, thanks for the vote! I like Terra Stomper, I just have no valid room for him in the 75 and I think Mistcutter Hydra fills that role. I hate that he's not in here, but I can't include him.

Chord of Calling is excellent, especially being an instant, but I opted for Genesis Hydra because he's a 2 for 1 and in my Playtesting I usually end up pulling a Polukranos or Scuttling Doom Engine with him. Or at worst a Courser of Kruphix.
