Not CEDH, but competative list. No infinate combos, but takes extremely long turns. Niv is the heart of the deck and it largely cannot win without him. Use Niv as a control piece pinging down all opposing threats and pinging down opponents to win. Basilisk collar and gorgon's flail are all stars, allowing Niv to one-shot anything. Thousand year storm and aria of flame are backup win cons.
