The purpose of this deck is to get Niv-Mizzet out and draw as many cards as possible while he is on the field. There are several infinite combos with either Niv-Mizzet in the deck and with cards such as Tandem Lookout, Curiosity, and Ophidian Eye. Wheels are a must have in this deck and extra turns almost always seem to clinch the win.
