Do you want to lose friends? Do you have a budget? LOOK NO FURTHER, FRIENDO. What we have here is a <$100 combo deck based around Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind. Is it the best deck? NO. Does it provide bang for your buck? Boy howdy mister it sure does! I've included the standard Niv-Mizzet combos (Curiosity/Ophidian Eye/Tandem Lookout/Mind Over Matter) along with some other combo pieces (Laboratory Maniac, Leveler, Azami Lady of Scrolls, Temple Bell, Psychosis Crawler) The deck is pretty easy to pilot but can be hated out if you're not careful.
