This is my version of an Izzet-based spellslinger deck. It is fairly cheap to build, and is fun as hell to pilot. Once Niv-Mizzet, Parun is out, and is protected, he is an insane value engine. This deck is not intended to be perfectly optimized, I'd probably lose my playgroup. Niv's casting cost may seem hard to obtain, but with the manabase it is easily obtainable as early as turn 4. However, Niv-Mizzet himself will draw hate once your playgroup has seen what he can do. I'm not the biggest fan of infinite combos, however both Curiosity and Ophidian Eye will draw your deck and do a ton of damage. That alone will usually end games, however there are plenty more win-cons in here. The multiple storm cards are great ways of killing your friends!
