UltraMTG here with a new budget deck, Nivix Blitzing. This deck uses easy to get cards like Nivix Cyclops and Guttersnipe to your advantage. Here's how it goes down.

Turn one you play your Izzet Guildgate, if you do not have one in your hand, play a basic land whether it is an Island or a Mountain.

Turn two you play an Izzet Guildgate or a basic land.

Turn three you play either Nivix Cyclops.

Turn four play Hidden Strings and untap the lands you just used to play itself, then cipher it onto Nivix Cyclops. Then you play Armed / Dangerous (Armed) targeting Nivix Cyclops. Nivix Cyclops would be a 7/4 double strike with Hidden Strings ciphered onto it. Then you attack with Nivix Cyclops, the first strike would deal to your opponent first, triggering cipher. Untap your lands to play other instants before Nivix Cyclops does it's normal combat damage, at the maximum he could do 22 damage to your opponent!

This deck is very easy to play, you just need to do simple math to play it. Otherwise it just plays itself!
