I'm on a huge monored kick right now, so here's a deck that asks the question "Can you go an entire game without your opponent getting to block once?"
Why yes, I did run every low-mana red card that stuns blockers I could find. Tons of stuff for heroic triggers on the
Arena Athlete
here, with
Hammerhand
running double duty if you cast it on him, and by itself basically the alpha and omega of turn-two plays. Between it and
Mogis's Warhound
, you might end up accidentally building a pretty big athlete while busy running blocker suppression.
Blinding Flare
stuns as many blockers as you have mana for, although it's overall just not as good as hammerhand. As a bonus, though, if you can spare an extra mana you can target your own
Akroan Crusader
for an extra token soldier. It sure won't stop the crusader from attacking, either.
Coordinated Assault
can give two heroic triggers, so there's all kinds of shenanigans to be had there.
The Frenzied Goblins just run in and cast one-target-only blinding flares once a turn until they get killed, which, in this deck, probably won't be via blocker.
Dragon's Mantle is deckthinning plus triggers, Titan's Strength is a no-brainer,
Crowd's Favor
is because I ran out of other things to put in that weren't burn, and Mogis' warhound is basically a three-drop enchantment that gives your creature plus two/plus two and makes them drop a two/two token when they die. Seriously, don't cast it as a creature unless you're desperate.
The only cards in the deck that can't be used to stun blockers are the akroan crusader for more heroic triggers, and the Monastery Swiftspear because you should never ever under any circumstances not run her.
