The purpose of this deck is to get Notion Thief and Teferi's Puzzle Box in play. This essentially will lock an opponent into only having 1 card at a time. The other nasty combo that comes up is when Deadeye Navigator and Nevermaker are soulbound. With all of these out (including Notion Thief and Teferi's Puzzle Box), I can continuously send a permanent on top of his or her library, essentially locking that player.
