So I have to start off by saying that I did NOT come up with the foundation for this build, the idea belongs too kamarupa and his Balaam__'s Challenge: Get Twisted deck. But yeah, loved the idea so much I decided to do my own version of it.

The premise of this build all revolves around, Reality Twist. And since Reality Twist loves blue, naturally I wanted to stay mono blue for this one. Turn your opponent's land into lands they cannot use! It's kind of a dick move, but sure is fun >.<'

Along with Reality Twist you want to get both, Eon Hub and Back to Basics on the battlefield to help lock your opponent down and to keep you from having to pay that costly upkeep of Reality Twist. Once your opponent can no longer pay for anything in their deck, use Fabricate to land Phyrexian Dreadnought and Torpor Orb, or Stifle to play a 12/12 with trample monster for 1 colorless... Couple turns later, you win! You have your plethora of counters to protect you, and annoy your opponent while you pull out your needed cards!
