So wipe the board of potential blockers and swing in with big loners. With Homicidal Seclusion , this sends you life total sky rocketing. After that, you can cast a massive Killing Wave and survive!

Wiping the board also has the side effect of preventing a counterattack. If for some reason it doesn't say hello to Blustersquall and Hands of Binding.

Use things like Last Thought and Lone Revenant to hunt down required cards. I've noticed this deck sucks if I can't get a creature out and protect it somehow. Because of this I always mull if I don't get a creature in my opening hand. I also have many Mask of Avacyn s to stop my loners getting Murdered.
