In other news, I finally get to run Sire Of Insanity! Everybody can draw tons of cards with wheels and Howling Mines, but they must discard them almost immediately. Things like Tormod's Crypt will make sure they can't get their stuff back and maybe they'll draw out? Rakdos isn't supposed to win . . . I usually do play Havoc Festival just to hear the screams when it resolves.
