Try Explore (1G) play an additional land card this turn also, draw 1 card because why not? During your turn play a land card (that can search out a other land card) play explore to play an additional land card (hopefully one that also search) while draw 1 card (you just thin the library by at least 3 and that much closer to getting to the door.)

In order to stall and ramp, perhaps Axebane Gaurdian to complement your defenders? In addition, I would take out Amulet and add in more Wall of Denial or Ghostly Prison Another fun way to take this would be to make door the win condition for a Lantern control deck which has ensnaring bridge.

Built a very similar deck based of off this, but I include a few of Silent Arbiter and a few of Fog Bank just so that if i get those two out there at the same time, it makes it very difficult to do combat damage.

I do the same thing in colorless or "any color", if you prefer that verbiage. Smeagol

I used to run Fog Bank , but changed it to Wall of Shards for a few reasons:
1- The 1 power means it can actually kill stuff2- The 8 toughness means it can block virtually anything anyway3- The cost is the same4- The upkeep cost is irrelevant to a deck that doesn't win with damage5- And, most importantly, It doesn't die to burn.
