Thanks for the comment Mulldrifter
Mutavault sounds like a plausabe idea i will keep that in mind if my playtests show my life stays t an acceptable range without Radiant Fountain
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx was a suggestion from another comment i am trying out. i cannot afford Dark Confidant so in theory using Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx before Sign in Blood it can just about guarantee i can play most of my drawn hand.
Vampire's Bite has been less and less required, when i get my hands on Thoughtseize i think i may just replace it. maybe with Liliana of the Veil when i can get my hands on one or 2 more copies (only have 1)
When i get 2 more Bloodghast where do you suggest i switch them in for?

Trust me, you don't actually have need for lifegain in the mainboard. You are paying very little life for your mana due to playing a monocolored deck (as compared to a 3c deck which is a very common occurence in modern) and none of your cards cost too much life - you actually have more nonland cards in your mainboard that gain life than ones that you pay life for.
I would personally take out two copies of Pawn of Ulamog or Vampire's Bite. Both cards are rather mediocre.

See my Vintage mono black vampires, Play Like a Vampire, for some solid ideas.. We run a very similar strategy.

Don't play lands that come in play tapped in a aggro deck because you want to be as fast as possible.
Tragic Slip is a cool card, but it's unreliable, so it's not a good card in modern, Dismember, Disfigure and Victim of Night are way better.
Also, since you are playing black, discard is mandatory, especially Thoughtseize.

Upon closer inspection, i would suggest removing all the fetchlands. There isnt any real reason to play a fetchland and pay a life to sac it and replace with a swamp in a mono colored deck when it could have just been a basic swamp instead, entering untapped to begin with. This will help with faster tempo which helps aggro quite a lot. Also, to help speed things up, Dark Ritual is great.

i think fetches are pretty important, as you can shuffle, to potentially trigger Vampire Nocturnus (which you want online turn 4), so a set of Bloodstained Mire and Polluted Delta
and theres the slightly statistically insignificant deck-thinning argument
also, have you considered AEther Vial?

Yggdrasil60 i probably will replace Leechridden Swamp with 2 more swamps but keep the Crypt of Agadeem for combo with Kalastria highborn.
Tragic Slip becomes reliable in this deck due to the constant sacrificing nature of the deck. before long i think i am adding a 3rd Bloodthrone Vampire. Tragic Slip also helps me get past indestructable creatures whereas the others do not.
Thoughtseize i will look more into when i get some of them.
As for the fetch Anji3739, Countertop is correct on the usage. read through my explanation for each card and you will see the synergy the fetch bring into the deck. Although thanks to Femme_Fatale i did some extra research into deck thinning due to fetch and the results are there but not till after turn 15. i do not plan on letting the opponent live that long. as for 2 playsets of fetch i feel that is a bit overkill. and i only own one of each ;P
since Dark Ritual is not legal. AEther Vial would be great, I can look into that one 1/3 my deck could be free with 2 charge counters.

For whatever reason, people have been tagging me as "Mulldrifter" lately. I'm pretty sure there's something wrong with Tappedout's tagging feature.

If you're going to play colorless lands, you might want to Mutavaults or Ghost Quarters instead of Radiant Fountains and Rogue's Passages. You don't need the life from Fountains even if you end up playing four copies of Sign in Blood. Also, what exactly do you need Nykthos for? You really don't have that many good mana sinks.
Vampire's Bite, Pawn of Ulamog and Feast of Blood aren't all that great. Tragic Slip's inclusion is also very debatable. I would replace them with some discard spells (Inquisition of Kozilek / Thoughtseize) and better removal (Dismember, Go for the Throat, Doom Blade, Smother, Grasp of Darkness). Discard is definitely playable in the mainboard, as is Liliana of the Veil. Dark Confidant is also generally better than Sign in Blood if you can afford him.
Why are you running only two Bloodghasts? The card is definitely good enough to be a four-of in the main.
Your sideboard is a mess. If you want to compete in modern you can't have your sideboard consist of random cards that sort of go into the deck.
