Now that Snapcaster Mage is gone (Rip, little buddy) along with Restoration Angel, Augur of Bolas, and everything that made UWx what it is, It's time to redesign it,

Yes, I know I need to Acquire more Shock Lands, Jace's move my Memory Adept to the Sideboard and drop the guildgates and get Blood Baron of Vizkopa. All in due time.

Anyway, let's explain the sideboard.

Dispel, for mirror matchups. It's funny to play a 1 mana counter to their nine mana Sphinx's Revelation and see how many colors their face turns.

Drown in Sorrow, for aggro and weenies.

Pithing Needle for Xenagos, Domri, any deck with a planeswalker... I might just mainboard it.

Dark Betrayal against MBD.

Glare of Heresy gets Elspeth, Detention Sphere, Heliod and his spear, Brimaz, King of Oreskos, etc.

Doom Blade if it works better than Ultimate Price in the matchup.

Ratchet Bomb for tokens and such.

Dimir Charm Gets Thoughtseize, Mutavault, as well as being a great utility card in general.

Elixir of Immortality against Phenax mill is one isn't enough.

Mainboard Differences

Nullify is just there to see how well it works. If Dissolve is better, I'll toss a third one in.

Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver Is actually a great card, even though I have to play it on my own turn (shock and amazement). It can grab you a turn four polukranos, as well as providing a distraction in the early game. His ult is kind of wimpy, but oh well.

Jace, Memory Adept is there until I either get other Jaces or Blood Baron of Vizkopa for the other alternate win con against control if he resolves or just more cardadvantage in the late game.

Essence Scatter See Nullify.

Maybe i should put Swan Song in the sideboard. Not too sure though. Thoughts?
