Based off the Tana and Tymna Blood Pod - Primer this is a stax's/hatebears strategy. Win conditions are #1-Beats and #2 -Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker with either Felidar Guardian or Village Bell-Ringer. You can reach your combo using Yisan, the Wanderer Bard or Survival of the Fittest, Karmic Guide and a Reanimate spell or Birthing Pod + your commanders. You can also use Chord of Calling and Eternal Witness to get there if the board is really locked down. Most of these win conditions win through Rule of Law style effects although you have to be aware that Null Rod and Stony Silence turn off Birthing Pod and Rest in Peace turns off Survival of the Fittest. Just play around them.
