It's not Slivers.

General Strategy

This deck aims to ramp early and then move into controlling the board while keeping up hand and land advantage. Once the opponents' resources are exhausted, the win either comes from going infinite, getting an unreasonable amount of advantage through praetor's councel, or Eye of the Storm taking over the game. Sliver Overlord here is used midgame to fetch removal, and as the mana outlet for the combo.

How to Win

The main combo is Turnabout + Reiterate with ten lands.

1. Cast Turnabout, targeting yourself.
2. Hold priority, and Reiterate Turnabout with buyback.
3. Repeat step two, gaining arbitrarily large amounts of mana in five colors.
4. Cast Sliver Overlord.
5. Search and cast Necrotic Sliver.
6. Sacrifice Sliver Overlord with Necrotic Sliver's ability to destroy a permanent.
7. Recast Sliver Overlord.
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 until only you have nice things.

This is a relatively weak combo. If you want to have protection for it, you need an absurd number of lands. It loses to both removal and countermagic. It doesn't work if an opponent's permanents are hexproof or indestructible. If it fails, you'll need praetor's councel or Bound/Determined to try again.

Setting up the Combo

Once you hit ten lands, you'll want to look for the combo pieces. The two best ways to do this are Mystical Teachings and Firemind's Foresight. Remember that when you're ready to cast either of these two, you don't really care what anyone else is doing unless they're about to win or prevent your win.

Mystical Teachings

Before you untap, cast and flash back Mystical Teachings for a total of 10 mana. Search both halves of the combo.

Firemind's Foresight

Before you untap, cast Firemind's Foresight searching for Reiterate, Bound/Determined, and Mystical Tutor. Mystical Tutor for Turnabout. Draw for turn, and win.

This combo is lame, and I'm bored.
