A discard and control deck build around Isochron Scepter and Warped Devotion.

Imprint any bounce effect in Isochron Scepter, preferable Snap because you get your Mana back and can play more cards while bouncing. Play Warped Devotion to make your opponent discard and Liliana's Caress to make him hurt.

Seal of Removal is a nice first drop which stays ingame until you need it.

Geth's Grimoire lets you draw cards and Blizzard Specter is the perfect creature, since you can use the discard in the early game and, once you have Warped Devotion, his bounce ability later on.

An imprinted Boomerang can even bounce all his lands, downside is that you wont get your mana back like Snap.

Dark Ritual just speeds you up to bounce even earlier.

A deck which all your friends will hate!
