This is a really quickly put together Rocco, Cabaretti Caterer focussed around fetching Norin the Wary and spam ETB triggers. I was mostly interested in all the Soul Sisters types of effects, so the deck is full of them. There are also cards that ping opponents when a creature you control ETB's because we do need a way to win this game.

Important of note is that Norin is not our Commander, so if he gets removed we can't easily get him back. Cards like Bala Ged Recovery  , Helping Hand, Noxious Revival, Pull from Eternity and Riftsweeper are definitely worth considering even if the latter two might just be dead cards most of the time (though it should be noted that Riftsweeper can be tutored with your Commander). Personally though I'd prefer a more active defense in putting quite a few 1 CMC instants in the deck to personally trigger Norin's flight ability. Cards I like for this task come in three categories: Removal (Swords to Plowshares, Path to Exile, Lightning Bolt & Nature's Claim), Protection (Galadriel's Dismissal, Blacksmith's Skill & Tamiyo's Safekeeping), and Creature Creation (Sprout, Spiritual Visit & Vitality Charm). I considered adding this last category because it's also a 1 CMC way to trigger all the ETB effects.
