This is the standard Norin list that myself and a few others have played at my shop.

The aim of a Norin the Wary deck is to make use of triggers and often playing with the stack, it can be very harsh to playgroups so be warned.

The enchantments are the bread and butter of this deck. Blood Moon is their to harass 5c decks.

Planar Chaos is their to throw in some disruption as red has some issues with certain decks. Grip of Chaos is in the deck just to cause chaos and to pull attention away from pieces that are more key. Pandemonium and Warstorm Surge are a few of the wincon's of the deck.
Confusion in the Ranks is an annoyance to others as it is rather one sided for Norin.Stranglehold forces a lot of decks to play fair, and slows down quite a few. Widespread Panic is one of the other key pieces the deck uses to slow decks down, it is really good at denying a little card advantage.
