I thought Norin looked like a really fun commander so I decided to make a deck around him. From what I understand I want a lot of ETB effects, other than that though I'm pretty stuck so any suggestions are really helpful. Other than sick ETB effects I'm trying to make this deck as fun and chaotic as possible.
