Saffron Olive on MTGGoldfish built a cool Budget deck built around Knowledge Pool + Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir This is my not so budget version, It is a Blue-White Control shell with a combo-lock down win plan. The Crucible of Worlds plus Ghost Quarter will destroy all the opponents lands eventually. Then you can beat them up with the namesake wizard.
