This Isn't meant to be like the G/R monsters decks, It's meant to be a quick paced face beater. I consider G/R monsters an aggressive ramp deck, while this is more a straight aggro build.

Now that I've had the deck up for a while, I think i can say a bit more about the build.

It's a "Medium Budget" deck really, meaning I'm not really going for the super-money powerhouses. This is one of the main reasons I'm only running 2x Domri Rade as opposed to 3 or 4. I also decided to run Arbor Colossus over Stormbreath Dragon. I own about 85% or more for the physical list. (i'm missing a couple lands, 1x ooze, Polukranos and 1x domri).

The strategy I'm going for is to push through lots of damage quickly, rather than using devotion to ramp into fatties like many other G/r decks right now. A good example of this is slapping on a Madcap Skills . A single Elvish Mystic even can do tons of damage with that card. Put it on a Polukranos, World Eater or even Arbor Colossus and things get out of hand quickly.

Boon Satyr , monstrous creatures, and Scavenging Ooze help me stay threatening into the long game.

I've taken a "skimmed down" (meaning it was missing a lot of cards) version of this deck to FNM play and saw some moderate success, particularly against Mono-black devotion and Orzhov enchantment creatures.
