I had attempted work on a Boros Heroic based deck, however, I found that if it was met with a T3 or T4 board wipe, it had no follow up. With this color combination, I will always have fuel to keep going.

Creatures:

Favored Hoplite - Standard 1 drop in a Heroic based deck. Nothing too too fancy about him.

Akroan Skyguard - Also attending to the flying theme is this card here. Unlike Loyal Pegasus, this has heroic. This is not a bad target for your Ethereal Armor if your opponent simply does not have answers.

Soldier of the Pantheon - Invaluable 1 drop that can swing for 2. Protection from multi-colored will make it a blocker against R/G and Jund Monsters. Never a bad addition to a white deck.

Nyxborn Shieldmate - Now here's a pick I know probably will raise some eyebrows. If you need a one-drop blocker, he'll fill his purpose. He also adds some flexibility between enchantments and creatures with his bestow, as he can function as both. Imagine the following combo:

T1: Favored Hoplite

T2: Ethereal armor, Aqueous Form (+4/+4, unblockable + Scry 1) Swing for 5, Scry 1

T3: Bestow Nyxborn Shieldmate (+3/+4) Swing for 8, Scry 1

13 Damage, Scry 1 x2, plus gain a 1/2 if he's removed. Not too shabby.

Phalanx Leader - The most important card in this deck. He is simply your best target to Heroic. He is your late game win-con, he is your everything. Leave mana up for Gods Willing if you want to bait out removal. You want him to be in a position to buff unblockable/flying creatures. He can help your swarm survive an Anger of the Gods or a Drown in Sorrow by just dropping 1 drop enchantments and instants on him. Yes, a two-drop can be a win-con for this deck.

Hero of Iroas - Now that this card is an enchantment heavy deck, I felt this to be completely necessary. Tempo plus it's own heroic trigger makes for a great addition.

Sorcerys:

Divination - An aggro deck with card draw? Ludacris! Not quite so. Aggro decks will fizzle out hard if they lose their swarm to a T3 or T4 wipe. This is your recovery/reload card. This pick up along with the amount of scry that exists in this deck is what leads this deck to high consistency.

Instants:

Gods Willing - For one mana, save your heroic creature, add a +1/+1, and Scry 1. An incredibly economical card. Combine with Battlewise Hoplite for double scry 1, or combine it with Phalanx Leader for +1/+1 on all creatures.

Launch the Fleet - If I target a Heroic, I'm essentially getting an additional 2 damage when I swing. I'm working to see how Strive can make this deck improve.

Enchantments:

Aqueous Form - For one mana, give a heroic creature unblockable, +1/+1, and scry 1 on attack.

Ephara's Enlightenment - Three mana gets you an essentially reusable enchantment that grants +2/+2 and flying to a heroic target. While it will lose the flying when it is removed, it will keep the counters.

Stratus Walk - Two mana will get you a +1/+1 with flying on a heroic creature. The hidden treasure to this card is the draw power. It's essentially a free card in terms of card advantage, and will add to the flight power of a card.

Ethereal Armor - One mana gets you at least +2/+2 and first strike on a heroic. What's more, is that this bonus will passively increase when you add additional enchantments out on the field! An amazing 1 drop investment

Lands:

hallowed fountains - For aggro purposes, this seemed to be a no-brainer that I should be going burn lands over scry lands.

FAQ:

No Mutavault? Unfortunately that would instantly make this deck no longer budget. I also worry that colorless mana in this deck has little use.

No Fabled Hero? He's not a bad card. Unfortunately I'd rather keep my mana curve extremely low and not introduce a 3-drop creature. While I can save him from a T4 wipe with Gods Willing, that's mana that could of been more economically spent on my Phalanx Leader

No Removal? This deck is not meant to deal with threats, it's meant to avoid them. I can deal with mutli-colored threats with Soldier of the Pantheon without sacrificing offenses elsewhere, and I can Gods Willing a needed heroic to stop a threat from killing me. Brave the Elements will be sided to deal with heavy AoE wipe decks. If I find myself running into problems, I have my sideboard for games 2 and 3.

Updates Add

Stratus Walk doesn't need to be as consistent of a card as Aqueous Form or any of my Heroic creatures need to be. Thus, it was reduced to x3. Instead, I pumped up my Gods Willing from 3 to 4 to make my saving grace more consistent.

Triton Tactics is catching my eye right now tremendously, will let you all know what I decide.
