New to tappedout.net. My Rafiq deck starts from 2015. Rafiq is which I want to play since I get into EDH. And I still feel attachment on this general and also Bant Shard.

Anyway, My deck's plan is a little bit twist given. Recently I've come to thought that slowing down others in EDH is much more powerful than I imagined. However, I really don't like the concept and experiences from either playing it or playing against so instead I decided going a bit hatebear-tic.
