So wanted to do Illusion Tribal. Some things that helped inspire this was one of the blue decks that was on Steam a few years back, and Mono Blue Devotion from Theros/RTR standard.

It can get out of hand quickly if not challenged, and is a lot of fun to play. The deck isn't final yet, and will probably be messed around with, along with tweaking the sidboard.

For a more budget build, you could go without the swords, Master of Waves , or Surgical Extractions, which do some work.
