This a budgeted and streamlined mill deck. It is simple and effective in a casual budgeted format but likely lacks the balance to succeed against cold and calculated competition. That said there are a couple win conditions built in if your opponent doesn't have the board state or the removal to deal with Consuming Aberration in its prime and Jace's Phantasm as a 1 drop 5/5 flyer. But of course the prime directive here is mill mill mill, should be accomplished in under 10 turns with the planeswalker rolling and not getting mana screwed. This could easily be buffed up with some expense for cards like Glimpse the Unthinkable , Archive Trap , Haunting Echoes , Mesmeric Orb and some more thoughtful and expensive lands. I've intentionally minimized the removal to make this a more simple and single minded deck that's easy to play at the kitchen table and sure to lose you some friends.
