@Chirz, I didn't want to go through and foilify everything on tappedout if it made it harder for people to read, or they thought I was just hitting it so everything was shiny. Changed it now.
As for Tundra, honestly, don't need it and not a huge fan of the older art, and want to keep all foil. If it ever comes off reserve and they print like a judge promo of the VMA art, I'm 100% down, but that's not gonna happen.

I'd bump the land count to at least 36 and/or add Gift of Estates (or is there a foil Tithe?)Some cuttable cards might be sunblast angel, essence flux, brainstorm, jeering homunculusalso where the heck is Reveillark??

@metalvolence, For the most part the land count has worked pretty consistently, the bonus draw from Ephara, coupled with the decent amount of draw effects, Solemn Simulacrum, Land Tax, and the few basic rocks, (Crypt, Sol Ring, Lotus, Signet) has left it pretty reliable. Ive considered bumping up 1-2 lands a couple of times, but choosing cards to cut just for mana, when I'm not often mana starved to being with, has been difficult to implement.
And no, unfortunately, no foil Tithe.
And for those curious, Reveillark has been ordered, gonna playtest to see where it gets a spot compared to Sun Titan.

I am putting together an Ephara deck, it is in the very early stages. Looking over your list, I see very few flash creatures or other ways to put creatures onto the battlefield during your opponents turns. Am I missing something, or does it not matter that you dont consistently trigger Ephara on every upkeep?

Russjass you might want to peek at my ephara, it has some dumb cute ways to get more ephara triggers
Although mana-intensive to get into play, one pretty easy way is AEtherling
I do find it odd that this list doesn't play Whitemane Lion or Stonecloaker, or Mistmeadow Witch

@Russ/metal, sorry for the delay in responding been out to sea for awhile. Cloudshift, Essence Flux, Deadeye Navigator, Eldrazi Displacer, etc. There are plenty of support cards in here, the point is that it's better to flicker the cards on opponents turns for Ephara Triggers rather than returning to hand with cards like Whitemane Lion that would force you to repay costs. Personally, I'd prefer to flicker a Torrential Gearhulk on my opponents turn for 1 mana rather than recast it for 6.
Honestly, it's also much safer. If you counter my flash creature, the card is gone and dead. If you counter my flicker cards he's still available for use on the field.

Whitemane lion is intended to bounce itself. It lets you pay 1W to get an Ephara trigger, then goes back to hand.
You only use it to bounce your other creatures in case of emergency, which is some nice flexibility.

Huh. Hadn't thought of that, misread card thought it said 'another' creature you control. Ill consider it, appreciate the suggest.

Stonecloaker does the same, it's overall worse than lion since it costs 3 per use instead of 2, but the built-in graveyard hate is really useful
I've seen ephara decks that run a plethora of worse cards like Deputy of Acquittals and Quickling but I just stuck to lion and stonecloaker since they're good on their own

I just don't know how worth it the others are. I'll play test with Whitemane, just ordered a foil for.50$. I don't usually have any problems getting the trigger as it is though so I'll have to see how valuable it is for a slot.

You know there's an option for foils on tappedout right? Also, why not run Tundra? Do you just not need it, can't find it, or is it out of budget?
