Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper is an interesting legendary creature for EDH/Commander. He turns lands into elementals. Every time an instant or sorcery spell is cast from Noyan Dar's controller, Noyan Dar turns a land into a "manland" and 3 +1/+1 counters with haste on to the manland. Unlike other legendary creatures who are similar to other legendary creatures, Noyan Dar is unique despite the fact that Noyan Dar is similar to Waker of the Wilds can create manlands. The problem about Noyan Dar is board wipes against creatures. Board wipes like Wrath of God, Damnation and Day of Judgment can wipe every manland.

Awaken Spells

Clutch of Currents, Rush of Ice, Ondu Rising, Encircling Fissure, Roil Spout, Scatter to the Winds, Sheer Drop, Coastal Discovery, Planar Outburst and Card: Part the Waterveil all have in one common. They are printed from Battle For Zendikar. I'm kidding. Awaken is an ability where a spell can be cast by the awaken cost as an optional spell cost. This ability can turn lands into manlands.

Reduction Spell Costs

Curious Homunculus  , Primal Amulet and Jace's Sanctum can reduce the cost of spells. Awaken spells cost cheaper to cast.

How to Win

The main goal for this deck is to use instants and sorceries to create manlands with Noyan Dar. Noyan Dar creates manlands to take down opponents. Anthems boosts manlands. More spells = more manlands.
