This is a Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper deck that I've been working on and playtesting for some time. I can't quite get it to be very close to competitive or even really do well consistently against other casual decks. I would love some suggestions from tappedout's commander pros because while Noyan Dar isn't the best commander ever, he is a ton of fun when the deck works well.

I would love some help with this deck, any upgrades that you think I could make would be awesome
