My Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper deck. Cards that are missing due to budget reasons include Crucible of Worlds , Inkmoth Nexus , Cryptic Command , Celestial Colonade and a better manabase.

This deck aims to cantrip, then beatdown with lands. Due to the nature of Noyan Dar, there are a few weird cards that have insane synergy with his ability, such as: Terra Eternal , Darksteel Garrison , Equinox and Consecrate Land .
