I know this has been done on this site. Still, this is what I'd do with it. I've tried to synergize and balance what affects this deck will have so that I can draw what I need. If you haven't seen this idea yet, here's how it works.

Gisela, along with Furnace and dictate double damage. As far as I know they don't stack, but it's nice to 1: have furnace + dictate in case Gisela is seeing a lot of hate and 2: buffs Sphere of safety. Repercussion is how the deck double dips, especially if you don't have Gisela in play. Cast one of the world burn spells, furnace/dictate double the damage to them, their creatures and your creatures. All creatures deal that damage to their owners. You have cop:red and other affects to prevent the damage or redirect it and they probably don't. Furnace/dictate also would double the damage from repercussion again... Spitemare/coalhoarder and other cards like them reflect the damage they receive... Pay for expensive cards with Nyx and thespian... Soulbright also helps pay for x costs.

The only thing I wish I had in the deck is fetch cards. But then it turns into: What do I take out? Will have to see how this plays to see if I should make a change or if this works as intended.
