Maybeboard

Not sure this needs too much of an explanation? I'd guessing this is a very 'common' elf ball idea and if people are finding it, probably already know how this works? Regardless, I guess I'll put down some information in the case that someone wants it.

Basically flood the board with as many creatures as possible and tutor for mana producers (like Priest of Titania}. Then use untap effects to go infinite with mana (or in a handful of cases 'enough' mana to finish the job). Use this mana to sink into things like Nylea, Keen-Eyed to draw the rest of your deck or pump it into things like Ezuri, Renegade Leader to win.

With Nylea, Keen-Eyed as a draw condition, you can grab all the creatures out. For anything else you need, there are a number of 'draw a card' options built in to the deck to get them off the top of the library. There's also the Eternal Witness option if you want to get something pitched to your graveyard and Temur Sabertooth to blink if required or in a pinch Quirion Ranger with Ashaya, Soul of the Wild to bounce Eternal Witness.

Some infite mana combos:

Ashaya, Soul of the Wild + Quirion Ranger + 2 mana producing options such as (Priest of Titania, Elvish Archdruid, Incubation Druid that has a counter on it or has adapted, Joraga Treespeaker that is minimum lvl 1, Llanowar Tribe, Marwyn, the Nurturer and Wirewood Channeler. Similarly Nyxbloom Ancient and any creature, Leyline of Abundance and any creature, Nettle Sentinel also works too. Tap Sentinel for mana, untap Sentinel and bounce Ranger, tap Sentinel again, recast Ranger to untap Sentinel - repeat.

Ashaya, Soul of the Wild + Argothian Elder

Priest of Titania or Elvish Archdruid or Wirewood Channeler + 4 elves + Umbral Mantle or Sword of the Paruns or Staff of Domination with 5 elves. Similar is Marwyn, the Nurturer with 4 power (or Umbral Mantle and one untap effect). The artifacts also work with Leyline of Abundance and Nyxbloom Ancient on any 1 mana tapper or replace the 1 mana tapper with Cryptolith Rite and can do it with any creature. Llanowar Tribe and Leyline of Abundance also works. Unfortunately Staff of Domination requires a little more work and needs a creature option that produces at least 2 mana to go off with Nyxbloom Ancient.

Priest of Titania or Elvish Archdruid or Wirewood Channeler + 4 other elves (remember Titania and Channeler count your opponents elves!) + Temur Sabertooth + Wirewood Symbiote and any 1 mana elf. Tap for 5 mana, untap Priest/Archdruid/Channeler with Symbiote and subsquently bounce 1 mana elf, bounce Symbiote with Sabertooth, recast Symbiote and 1 mana elf and repeat). Again Marwyn, the Nurturer with 5 power does this as well. You can also substitute this loop with Elvish Visionary instead of your 1 mana elf to draw your deck. You won't gain mana this way (unless Nylea, Keen-Eyed is in play due to the cost reduction) but you can draw as much as you need and then at some point you'll draw a 1 mana elf and then can replace the visionary in the loop to gain the mana. Similarly with Beast Whisperer or The Great Henge or Guardian Project you can draw your deck with the 1 mana elf option while making infinite mana (or I guess I should say create mana equal to how ever many cards you have left in your deck lol). Argothian Elder and Wirewood Lodge with either Itlimoc, Cradle of the Sun (from Growing Rites of Itlimoc   - dang you Gaea's Cradle being so expensive) or with Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx and a couple creatures will go infinite too.

Mana Sinks (after infinite mana) - Ezuri, Renegade Leader, Kamahl, Fist of Krosa, Finale of Devastation, Leyline of Abundance and Joraga Warcaller. Also; which is the whole point of making her the commander and building around infinite mana, Nylea, Keen-Eyed to draw your deck (and also why having such a high creature/elf count is important to synergize with her ability). Nylea, God of the Hunt might be a safer option to include in the deck for a mana sink but I love the threat of Kamahl, Fist of Krosa and being able to make my opponents lands into creatures during a wrath and in regards to Joraga Warcaller (which I think is the weakest sink) it at least meets the 'elf' requirement and can fall into the 1 mana elf category for combos.

There's a handful of 4 CMC cards I'd like to trim but I haven't found the right mix yet of replacements (I want to maintain a high elf count for consistency in drawing them/ comboing off) but it functions well and can realistically go off on T5 with some consistency.

Updates Add

I've just added Turntimber Symbiosis  Flip in for a land to test it out. I'm guessing MOST of the games it's going to be a land (and a painful one in many cases) but the upside of having another option to dig for combo cards and not actually hurt the land count seems worth it. Especially with how well this deck creates mana, the 7cmc doesn't seem like it'll be a problem when it comes time to actually cast it.

I have to say I do wish tappedout had a way to recognize this as a land option (so it doesn't show a reduced land count) and so it doesn't effect the average cmc measurement of the deck (and maybe there is a way to do it? I'm just not spending time to look lol). I do realize that the spell side is considered the front face of the card, but I'd much rather it show up in the land count. So I hope when folks look at the deck and see this note, they consider it as such.
