If you can get infinite mana, you can activate Nylea's ability until all creatures in the deck are in your hand, and then you can cast them, and attack, to win. With infinite mana, Temur Sabertooth can also bounce Eternal Witness as many times as you want to recast as many times as you want, maybe to play Beast Within on all opponent's permanents, and then bounce and play Thorn Mammoth to kill them all to leave opponents with an empty board!

Combos and ways to get infinite mana:

Seedborn Muse + Yeva, Nature's Herald = untap all permanents and cast creatures during each other player's turn. With Nylea in play, also use her ability to fill your hand with creatures during each other player's turn. This is basically like taking an extra turn on each other player's turn and is just like Prophet of Kruphix except on two cards...

Use Brutalizer Exarch's ETB effect to search for Temur Sabertooth. Return Brutalizer Exarch to hand, re-cast, and repeat to assemble any of the following combos to get infinite mana.

Argothian Elder + Gaea's Cradle + Wirewood Lodge + at least one other creature = Infinite Mana. Tap Cradle for 2 mana, tap Lodge to untap Elder with 1 mana remaining, in response tap Elder to untap Cradle and Lodge, Elder untaps, repeat.

Argothian Elder or Ley Weaver + Ashaya, Soul of the Wild = Infinite Mana. Tap a creature for 1 mana with Ashaya, use Elder or Leyweaver to untap that creature and itself, repeat.

Ashaya, Soul of the Wild + Quirion Ranger + a creature that produces at least two mana = Infinte Mana. Tap mana dork for at least 2 mana, return Ranger to hand to untap mana dork, recast Ranger for 1 mana with 1 mana remaining, repeat.

Temur Sabertooth + Wirewood Symbiote + a low CMC Elf + and a creature that adds at least 5 mana = Infinite Mana. Tap mana dork to add at least 5 mana, use Symbiote to return Elf to hand and untap mana dork, use Sabertooth to return Symbiote to hand, recast Symbiote and Ranger, costing a total of 4 mana, tap mana dork for 5 mana and repeat...

Temur Sabertooth + Surrak and Goreclaw + any creature that can produce more than it's own casting cost plus 2 = Infinite Mana.

Mwonvuli Beast Tracker is kind of weird, but it can get Surrak and Goreclaw, Nyxbloom Ancient, Thorn Mammoth, and Soul of the Harvest, for haste, mana, creature removal, or card draw, so I think it's good?

I've left out some non-creature cards that would usually be included in this style deck, like Thousand-Year Elixir, Umbral Mantle, Staff of Domination, Guardian Project, Zendikar Resurgent, etc. because they aren't creatures and can't be drawn with Nylea, they can't be tutored for, and there are other creatures included which basically do the same things.

Other non-creature cards that are included I guess I think are strong or important enough to include? They're mostly tutors...

Even though there are a lot of low CMC cards included, and a lot of creatures that produce mana, and Nylea reduces casting costs, there's also a lot of high CMC cards included, and having enough mana to activate Nylea and cast creatures on other people's turns (with Yeva, Nature's Herald and Seedborn Muse) is so powerful. It's also dangerous to have all your ramp based in creatures, and run low on lands, because creature removal can really deny you mana. I have kept 36 lands in, which is my standard amount for decks. If I end up reducing the average CMC enough I might go down to 34...
