Classic style control deck in UB with combo backup.

There isn't really one unifying goal with this deck other than "counter spells, remove permanents, win eventually". People who know me well know that this is the sort of deck I always seem to accidentally build, no matter the color combination.

I'm sure you could go a Vedalken Orrery route with this but that isn't my style. I prefer to not be playing 4 mana do-nothing cards when I already play so many cards that natively have flash. Also, orrery doesn't actually work with Slitherwisp, gatherer says no

I am torn on which win-con I wish to use. It will either be Doomsday+Thassa's Oracle, or Nexus of Fate+Demonic Consultation. I'm not doing oracle+consult, as this isn't intended to be cedh.
