Mill/stall/defender. The point is to never attack but mill your opponent out.

There are some key artifacts/enchantments locking down/stalling the game in your favor like: Ivory Tower, Helvault, Oblivion Stone, Zuran Orb, Equilbrium and Proteus Staff(can tuck a commander if need be).

Almost all the creatures have a toughness of three or more for those pesky early beaters.

You also have the Altars: milling when a creature comes out or dies. Altar of the Brood combos well with your commander, Imaginary Pet, and Oboro, Palace in the Clouds. While if your creature blocks and is going to die with no possible trade you have Altar of Dementia covering you on that base.

Key Non-Mill creatures: Phyrexian Infiltrator trades a huge threat for itself, unless your opponent is playing blue, Ludevic's Test Subject is a good "target me" spell or he becomes a threat creature, and Dimir Doppelganger copies threats that have been milled.

The deck rearrangement/tutors are: Sea Gate Oracle, Omenspeaker, Brainstorm, Long-Term Plans, Sensei's Divining Top and Halimar Depths.

Win-con cards (Grind/X/Storm abuse): Mind Funeral, Mind Grind, Riddlekeeper, Memory Erosion, Brain Freeze, Shared Trauma and Ludevic's Test Subject if allowed to transform. This creature and only this creature is your lone attacker unless there threats over 13/13, then chump block then Altar of Dementia.

Placeholder cards are: Inkfathom Witch for Thassa, God of the Sea. Inkfathom Witch was in this before I made it a defender style deck. Thassa, God of the Sea fits better with the scry ability and power and toughness but all my current copies are in other decks.
