Phyrexian Oblitertor in a deck with lots of removal and bloodthirst to be annoying. Taking this to FNM next week so I really need advice thanks.

The obliterator is one of the best turn four bloodthirst helpers.

Swing with him and he will usually trample over since the block with a small creature to not sacrifice so many permanents or they don't block at all and I the the bloodthirst regardless.
