{B}Mirko, Obsessive Theorist Reanimate Deck{U}

Fill the Graveyard with Surveil, Looting and Graveyard Tutors. Reanimate powerful creatures with Mirko, Obsessive Theorist and other Reanimators to overwhelm your opponents for the win. The deck is full of cards that provide value beyond their main ability making this deck really fun to play!

Surveil

• Recurring surveil or surveil cards that provide additional utility and value. Consistent surveil will boost Mirko and fill your GY.

• Don’t be shy sending all of the surveiled cards to the GY, odds are there’s plenty of each component left if the the library. The goal is to cycle the deck to get the creatures you want in the GY.

Looting

• High CMC cards stuck in your hand can be devastating. Looting helps us send those cards to the GY while also not losing any card advantage.

• Each looter can be utilized in other meaningful ways if there are too many of them on the battlefield. Discarding with cards like Bitter Triumph and Start the TARDIS is also pure value.

Clones

• Can be reanimated the same turn as Mirko enters. Cloning Mirko with Spark Double and Auton Soldier can be a game changer. Body Double copies a powerful card in the GY that Mirko may not be powerful enough to reanimate.

Graveyard Tutors

• Hand picking the perfect creature to reanimate to gain advantage and build an overwhelming boardstate.

Reanimators

• Obvious synergy in a graveyard deck.

Reanimate Targets

• Agent of Treachery - Low power, High CMC is a great combo for Mirko. Reanimate him early and get great value.

• Sheoldred, Whispering One - Perfect target for a reanimate deck.

• Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur - Another low power, high CMC option. Jin works best when you don't have maximum hand size as you are forced to discard cards to the GY.

• Doom Whisperer - Sets you up for the win by boosting Mirko and filling your GY with everything you need.

Finality Counter Removers

• Remove the finality counters on creatures reanimated by Mirko while providing additional value.

Support Cards

• Blackblade Reforged - Gives Mirko a power boost to reanimate larger creatures even if he is removed/loses his counters.

• Enhanced Surveillance - Fills the GY faster when surveilling and can protect your GY from GY hate.

• Champion's Helm - Slight power buff and protects Mirko.
