Budget deck, which would be very much improved with Exquisite Blood and the God of Passage. But I'm cheap.

Extort will be a very big deal! May add more lands just for this ability so I can trigger it over and over for every turn.

Allies are in there just to provide a small perk for one turn. March from the Tombs would be excellent for one turn of all rallied abilities!!

Eldrazi because I'm a fan... and they'll go into any commander deck.
