Fun little B/W EDH deck with Obzedat, Ghost Council as the commander. Lots of different tricks to win:

1) Sanguine Bond / Exquisite Blood combo - gain life to drain life to gain life to drain life etc.

2) Felidar Sovereign - quick and dirty wincon after getting over the starting life total.

3) Sorin Markov - hit a player for 30 maybe? Follow up with Blood Baron of Vizkopa to finish them off.

4) Pretty much every Orzhov card from DGR block that has Extort as a mechanic. Slow and steady wins the race... supposedly...

Probably could switch a lot of the stuff in here out for more effective tricks, and I'm not sure 37 lands is great either, maybe I should bump it up to 40? Will do some more testing and adjust as necessary, but in the meantime, suggestions appreciated.
