Blue Draw Deck: Oceans of Knowledge 2.0

This is a high risk high reward kind of deck were you will need do you your best to stay alive long enough to reach the winning condition as fast as possible , but once it's reached there is almost anything able to stop you.

Deck Playing Steps:

The first step to achieve this combo is gather the necessary amount of mana to play it, something that can be rather slow in a deck. Is for that reason that I keep Silver Myr in this deck as source of mana ramp and Thousand-Year Elixir so you can activate Silver Myr mana ability as soon as possible.
The second step is surviving until you are able to play the main combo and to help you with that are cards like Fog Bank and Hover Barrier to protect you against you opponent creatures attacks; Fatespinner to disrupt your opponent play turn; Spellskite, Squelch and Pemmin's Aura to protect against potential dangerous spell or ability; Elixir of Immortality for some life gain and Void Snare to temporary remove from the field any nonland permanent you don't deal with.
Third step is obtain the wining combo and to help you with that are cards like Preordain, Serum Visions, Rhystic Study and Standstill that will give you some extra draws and top library insight.
Fourth step activate your main combo starting by Arcanis the Omnipotent / Temple Bell to activate the card draw ability then discard a card to activate Mind Over Matter ability and Arcanis the Omnipotent / Temple Bell so you can it again and keep repeating the process until you draw the last card of your deck and activate Laboratory Maniac ability that will make you win the game or draw enough cards to reduce your opponent Life to 0 with Psychosis Crawler second ability.
- Mind Over Matter can also be uses during the combo to Silver Myr or Islands if you need mana to play other cards.
- Arcanis the Omnipotent second ability allows you to eject him back to you hand if anything threatens him.
- You can actually start this combo without Laboratory Maniac or Psychosis Crawler as long they are not removed from the game as you can draw and play them during the combo or get them back in the library if they are in the graveyard with the help of Elixir of Immortality.
Fifth step win the game.

Major Update (2.0) — July 18, 2015

After be suggested to add Temple Bell for its combo potential with part of my main combo Laboratory Maniac + Mind Over Matter as well as some other interaction with some of the other creatures of the deck. So with this update I will add Temple Bell to the deck as well as remove some of the focus of this deck in Arcanis the Omnipoten that will now take a more secondary role on the deck.

Cards removed and reason:

2xMinamo, School at Water's Edge is now unnecessary since the main focus of the deck is not Arcanis the Omnipotent anymore.
2xElixir of Immortality was plan B in case of one of the main cards of the combo was sent to graveyard but with changes on the deck now it is a less necessary card so I will just move it to the Sideboard.
2xGilded Lotus because it turned to be more slower than I expected and so turned out to be far less useful than I though.

Cards added and reason:

2xTemple Bell are now added for its combo potential with Laboratory Maniac, Mind Over Matter, Chasm Skulker and Psychosis Crawler.
2xIsland to the fill the spots of the 2xMinamo, School at Water's Edge removed.
2xJace, Vryn's Prodigy ^Flip because all of its abilities just connect very well with this deck.
1xJace's Sanctum is now added to the Sideboard for its ability to reduce the cast cost of Instants and Spells by as well as grant Scry1 any time you cast a Instant or Spell.

Cards tested but not added and reason:

Reef Worm I was planning add this card before I was told about Temple Bell but now there is no point in add it since the main focus of the deck will not change as I was planning before.
Teferi, Temporal Archmage just turned to be a weaker match to this deck compared with Jace, Vryn's Prodigy ^Flip.
