When I saw the rooms in Duskmourn, I knew I wanted to continue my tribute to old school video games. It was a toss up between Shadowgate and Maniac Mansion. My kids and I had just played through Day of the Tentacle and we really enjoyed the characters and story, so I went with Maniac Mansion. This deck has been designed to play more against the other Ode to Decks that I have created. They run some interaction but do not include board wipe cards specifically (still have ways to clear the board) and nothing real counter spell based. They do contain combos, but they all require some setup. If you enjoy this deck list, check out the other Ode to decks.

Maniac Mansion has been built around rooms, enchantments, and +1/+1 counters. Many cards were chosen more for theme then function. Always open to suggestions.
